Base location: Thane West (Mi Young location), fully onsite, with occasional travel to Santatee locations across Maharashtra if needed.

Employment: Full-time Salary: 25,000 to 35,000 per month, based on experience Reports to: Marketing Manager, with periodic reviews from the Center Managers and owner at both brands

About the Role

This role owns digital marketing for two brands under the same group, Mi Young Korean Aesthetics and Santatee Fertility Centre. Responsibilities span performance marketing, social media, WhatsApp marketing, SEO, and CRM across both. It suits someone who already has practical experience in performance marketing, running Meta and Google ad campaigns, and is ready to manage more than one brand's digital presence at once.

Responsibilities

Performance Marketing: Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Paid Advertising Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns for lead generation across Meta Ads and Google Ads for both Mi Young and Santatee, including Performance Max campaigns. Set up and maintain tracking through Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and Google Analytics so campaign data stays accurate. Set budgets, build audiences, test creatives, and track performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, and ROAS to keep improving results.

Social Media Management Manage the social media presence for both Mi Young and Santatee across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and any other platform relevant to each business. Plan content calendars, write captions and scripts using AI tools, and post consistently for both brands.





WhatsApp Marketing Run WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, set up keyword based automations, and manage follow up sequences to convert leads, across both brands.

SEO and Local Search Handle on page SEO for both websites and manage Google Business Profiles, including listings, posts, reviews, and Q&A;, to improve local search visibility. Santatee's multiple locations across Maharashtra mean managing several listings rather than one.

CRM and Marketing Automation Build and manage CRM workflows in GoHighLevel across both the Mi Young and Santatee sub accounts, including WhatsApp and SMS sequences, keyword triggers, and pipeline updates. Keep lead records accurate and up to date for both.

Content Coordination Brief video and graphic editors on what is needed for each post or campaign across both brands, and review their output before it goes live.

Reporting Share regular updates on what is working and what is not, across channels, for both Mi Young and Santatee.

Requirements

- You should have practical, hands on experience in performance marketing, managing live Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- You should understand tracking fundamentals such as Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI),



and Google Analytics well enough to set them up and troubleshoot basic issues.
- You should be able to write captions, scripts, and ad copy that read naturally rather than like a template.
- You should be comfortable using multiple AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and similar tools, to speed up content, ad copy, and everyday marketing work.
- You should be familiar with CRM tools, WhatsApp marketing, and basic SEO practices, and comfortable building automations yourself rather than only using ones someone else set up.
- You should have a good enough eye for visuals to brief an editor clearly and judge what comes back.
- You should be organized and self driven, able to manage multiple leads, campaigns, and brands at once without needing reminders.

Positive to Have

- Experience running LinkedIn Ads, though most of the budget for this role sits with Meta and Google.
- Familiarity with Google Performance Max campaigns.
- Awareness of newer areas like answer engine optimization (AEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO), meaning how content shows up in AI powered search tools such as ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews.
- Experience specifically with GoHighLevel.
- Comfort working in Hindi and Marathi in addition to English, since Santatee's content spans all three.
- A personal Instagram or content project you have run on your own.
