About the Role

Utech Solar is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing skilled to manage and strengthen our online presence and generate quality leads through digital channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, website management, SEO, Google Business Profile, and online brand building. Experience in the solar, renewable energy, electrical, EPC, or related industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Generate qualified leads through paid advertising campaigns and continuously improve CPL, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Manage and update the company's website, including content, landing pages, banners, service/product information, and basic website optimization.
- Build and maintain Utech Solar's presence across Google Search, Google Business Profile, Maps, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Implement basic SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for increasing organic and paid traffic.
- Create and manage digital campaigns for solar products, projects, services, offers, and brand awareness.
- Monitor website traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and advertising dashboards.
- Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports and provide insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper tracking and follow-up of digital leads.




- Manage social media presence and coordinate content requirements for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities and trends.
- Manage online reputation and ensure accurate and consistent company information across Google and other online platforms.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Search Console
- Experience managing/updating websites
- Knowledge of Google Business Profile / Google Maps
- Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Good understanding of social media marketing
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content/design tools will be an advantage
