About the Role

PASHUPATASTRA SOLUTIONS is looking for a creative, hands-on, and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Executive to support our digital marketing, content, social media, performance marketing, SEO, and brand-building initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with modern digital marketing and AI tools and have an interest in IT services, software, AI, and technology marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn and social media presence
- Create and publish social media posts, blogs, website content, emails, and marketing creatives
- Assist with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization
- Conduct keyword research and support SEO and website optimization
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, and similar platforms for marketing research and content creation
- Research competitors, industry trends, target audiences, and content opportunities
- Create case studies,



presentations, landing pages, lead magnets, and marketing collateral
- Monitor and report on website traffic, campaign performance, leads, engagement, and marketing KPIs
- Coordinate with design, development, sales, and other internal teams
- Experiment with new marketing channels and AI-powered marketing approaches

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media, or Content Marketing
- Basic hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, and Google Analytics
- Strong content writing and communication skills
- Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, and marketing activities
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools
- Good understanding of social media marketing and content strategy
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Interest in IT services, SaaS, AI, software, and technology marketing

Positive to Have

Experience in an IT services, software, SaaS, or technology company will be an advantage.
