Performance Marketing Executive Company: Alike U Foods Industry: FMCG | D2C | E-commerce We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and scale paid advertising for Alike U products across all major digital platforms.

Responsibilities Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube Ads and marketplace advertising. Plan and execute sales and conversion-focused campaigns. Optimize ROAS, CAC, CPC and conversion rates .

Test audiences, creatives, offers and campaign strategies. Manage retargeting and customer acquisition campaigns. Track performance through Meta Pixel, GA4 and other analytics tools. Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad content.

Prepare regular performance and sales reports.

Requirements Hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads. Robust understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce. D2C/FMCG experience preferred. Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on profitable sales and ROAS.

Goal: Scale Alike U’s online sales profitably across digital platforms.
