Amba Multiprint (AMP) is expanding its Digital Flexo Division and is looking for an experienced Digital Flexo Printing Machine Operator to join our production team.

? Key Responsibilities

- Operate and manage modern Digital Flexo Printing Machine
- Should be able to handle Monotec GM Color Nova Series as well as Digital Embellishment machines well.
- Set up jobs, including inks, and substrates
- Maintain consistent colour, registration and print quality
- Conduct in-process quality checks and minimize wastage
- Handle job changeovers efficiently and achieve production targets
- Troubleshoot printing-related issues during production
- Maintain machine cleanliness, safety and operating standards
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Pre-Press teams
- Follow SOPs and maintain proper production records

? Candidate Profile

- 3–8 years of experience in Digital Flexo printing




- Experience in Digital Flexo labels / film printing preferred
- Good understanding of Flexo printing, inks, and colour matching
- Ability to independently handle machine setup and production
- Strong focus on quality, productivity and waste reduction
- Team-oriented with good discipline and problem-solving skills
