- Prepare and operate dialysis machines before, during, and after procedures

- Monitor patients during dialysis treatment and report any complications immediately

- Check and record patient vitals before, during, and after dialysis

- Maintain dialysis equipment and ensure proper sterilization and disinfection protocols

- Assist doctors and nursing staff during emergency situations

- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and biomedical waste management protocols

- Maintain accurate patient treatment records and documentation

- Educate patients and caregivers regarding dialysis procedures and precautions

- Coordinate with biomedical and maintenance teams for machine servicing issues

- Ensure availability of dialysis consumables and report shortages when required

Requirements

- Sound knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipment handling

- Valuable patient handling and communication skills

- Knowledge of infection control practices

- Ability to respond effectively during emergencies

- Team coordination and documentation Skill

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital or dialysis center

- Ability to work in rotational shifts
