Role & responsibilities :-12-15 Years of experience in FP&A;,Budgeting and forecasting.
He will be leading the FP&A; Team.
- Business budgeting, forecasting & annual operating plans
- P&L; analysis and performance management
- Variance analysis: actual vs. budget/forecast.
- Business partnering with Sales, Operations, Procurement and leadership.
- MIS, dashboards and management reporting
- Financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Cost optimisation and profitability improvement
- Working-capital and cash-flow management
- Business case evaluation and ROI analysis
- Support strategic decision-making with financial insights
Preferred candidate profile :-CA or MBA with 12-15 years of experience in FP&A;
