1. Lead Automobile Maintenance & Operations at an Integrated Cement Plant.
2. Have experience in Managing multiple automobile workshops and overall workshop operations.
3. Lead and manage automobile maintenance teams, technicians, supervisors and engineers.
4. Monitor maintenance cost, spare consumption, workshop productivity and equipment performance.
5. Ensure safety, statutory compliance and operational efficiency across automobile activities.
6. 15+ years of relevant experience in Cement/Heavy Industry with exposure to Integrated Cement Plants, multiple automobile workshops and construction/heavy equipment; DGM/HOD level experience preferred.
7. Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
8. CTC: Up to 25 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
