Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced DevOps professional who can create high-quality technical content and training material for our subscription-based learning platform.

The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of real-time, hands-on experience in DevOps and Cloud technologies , with strong exposure to production environments. The candidate should be capable of designing the curriculum, planning the required tools and technologies, developing practical learning content, and recording technical training sessions.

This role is focused on bringing real-world DevOps experience into structured, practical, and industry-relevant training content .

Key Responsibilities

- Design and structure a comprehensive DevOps learning curriculum .
- Plan the complete learning path from fundamentals to advanced DevOps concepts.
- Identify the tools, technologies, and platforms required for the training.
- Create practical, industry-oriented training content based on real-world experience.
- Prepare lesson plans, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and lab scenarios.
- Record high-quality DevOps training videos and technical tutorials .
- Demonstrate real-world DevOps implementations, deployments, and troubleshooting scenarios.
- Create content covering AWS, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, monitoring, security, and automation.
- Continuously improve and update the content based on evolving industry practices and technologies.




- Work with the internal team to plan and organize content for the subscription platform.

Required Skills

- Strong practical experience with AWS and AWS DevOps services .
- Strong understanding of:
- Linux
- Git / GitHub / GitLab
- CI/CD
- Jenkins / GitHub Actions
- Docker
- Kubernetes / Amazon EKS
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- AWS Cloud
- Cloud networking, security, and monitoring
- DevOps automation and production deployments
- Hands-on experience with Azure and/or GCP is an added advantage.
- Strong technical communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently plan technical content and explain concepts clearly.
- Comfortable with recording technical training videos and screen-based demonstrations .
- Previous experience creating technical courses, tutorials, or training content is preferred.

Curriculum Planning → Tool Selection → Content Development → Hands-on Labs → Recording → Review & Updates

Strong preference will be given to candidates who can incorporate real-world scenarios, best practices, troubleshooting approaches, and practical implementation into the training content.
