About The Role The NetDevOps Consultant at SISL Global plays a pivotal role in transforming network operations through automation, integration, and AI-driven solutions. This position involves designing, developing, and managing sophisticated network automation workflows and infrastructure as code, aligning with modern operational models such as SRE and AIOps. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including cloud, security, and platform engineers to deliver resilient, scalable, and secure network solutions across multi-cloud and edge environments.

This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in networking, automation, and observability, capable of driving continuous improvement and operational excellence in a 24x7 global environment.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in network engineering, automation, and cloud technologies. Relevant experience includes several years in roles such as NOC, NRE, or NetDevOps, with demonstrated expertise in core networking protocols and advanced automation tools.

Certifications in networking (CCNP, CCIE), cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), and automation (DevNet, Ansible, Terraform) are highly preferred.



A solid understanding of AIOps concepts, observability platforms, and multi-cloud environments is essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and drive initiatives forward. A proactive approach to learning and mentoring is also valued in this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities The NetDevOps Consultant will be responsible for developing and managing network infrastructure as code using Python, Ansible, and Terraform to automate provisioning and lifecycle management of network devices and services. They will design and implement CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitOps principles, APIs, and orchestration platforms such as Itential to streamline network service deployment. Automating connectivity services including VLAN, DNS, firewall configurations, and DDI workflows integrated with ServiceNow and ITSM systems is a core aspect of this role.

The candidate will drive AI/ML use cases such as WAN capacity forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics to enable proactive network management and self-healing capabilities.

Additionally, the role involves integrating observability platforms like SolarWinds Orion, Elastic, Grafana, and ZDX for real-time monitoring and insights. The consultant will provide engineering support for MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI agent integrations, ensuring compliance, security, and cost optimization through AI-driven insights. Collaboration with cloud, IAM, SRE, and platform teams is essential to deliver unified control plane operations across Azure, GCP,



and edge environments.

The role also includes creating reusable playbooks, pipelines, and modules for provisioning, upgrades, and backup workflows, while mentoring team members and promoting best practices in automation and reliability engineering. Supporting global 24x7 operations by reducing incidents through AIOps and driving continuous improvements aligns with the company's commitment to operational excellence.
