Desktop Support Engineer Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years Role Type: Full-Time CTC upto: 4 lpa About the Role We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer who can keep our technology ecosystem running smoothly — from end-user support and network troubleshooting to server administration, IT security, and infrastructure management.

What You'll Do 1. IT Infrastructure Management - Manage and maintain servers, storage, network devices, and firewalls.

- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
- Support infrastructure upgrades and improvements. 2.

Network

Administration - Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks.

- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
- Manage switches, routers, and firewall configurations.
- Server & System Administration - Manage Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
- Handle user accounts, Group Policies, and access controls.
- Support server backup and disaster recovery activities.
- IT Security & Compliance - Implement antivirus, endpoint protection, and IT security controls.
- Monitor system logs and security alerts.
- Support internal IT audits and compliance requirements.




- IT Asset Management - Maintain inventory of laptops, desktops, printers, and network devices.
- Track asset allocation, movement, and lifecycle.
- Ensure accurate IT asset records.
- User Support & Troubleshooting - Provide L2/L3 technical support to users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, network, and application issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery - Manage data backup systems and recovery procedures.
- Perform regular backup verification.
- Support restoration testing and business continuity activities.

What We're Looking For - 6 months – 2 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Infrastructure / System Administration.

- Good knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, networking, hardware, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Basic understanding of backup, antivirus, endpoint security, and IT assets.
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
