Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical assistance to users through phone, email, or in-person visits for desktop-related issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (OS) such as Windows or macOS.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or third-party vendors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or related field.
- Solid knowledge of system support principles and practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting common desktop-related issues using various tools and techniques.
