About the Role

As a Designer in the Digital Platforms team, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across web, mobile, and emerging technologies like 3D/VR and video.

Your role involves understanding user behaviour, designing seamless customer journeys, and translating strategic vision into elegant, user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure design excellence and alignment with product goals.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

- Design innovative user interfaces for web, mobile, 3D/VR, and video platforms.
- Create navigation tools, customer journeys, and wireframes that enhance usability.
- Develop culturally relevant design solutions that engage users meaningfully.
- Translate strategic design into functional elements that support user goals.




- Collaborate with the digital product management team to align design strategy with product vision.
- Present and advocate design concepts to internal stakeholders.

Secondary Responsibilities

- Ensure consistency and quality across design deliverables.

What We Are Looking For

Education

- Graduation: Any discipline
- Post-Graduation: Preferred in IT, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience

- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, preferably in digital product environments.

Skills and Attributes

- Proficiency in UI/UX tools and principles.
- Experience with flat design, 3D/VR, and video interfaces.
- Solid leadership and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with cultural sensitivity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
