Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Design Manager with strong expertise in Pressure Vessel Design, ASME Codes, U-Stamp, Thermal Engineering, and Process Equipment Design. The candidate will lead the design team and manage complete engineering activities from calculations and design to production implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Mechanical Design &

- Engineering team.

Design and review Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Thermal Equipment and Process Skids.

Perform and review pressure vessel design calculations as per ASME Section VIII.

Handle ASME U-Stamp / U2A requirements and pressure vessel certification.

Use PV Elite for pressure vessel design, analysis and calculations.

Perform/review thermal calculations, equipment sizing and thermal system design.





Use ASPEN Tech / Aspen Engineering for process and thermal calculations/simulation.

Prepare/review GA drawings, fabrication drawings, BOMs and engineering documentation.

Ensure compliance with ASME, API, TEMA and applicable international standards.

Coordinate with **Production, Quality, Projects, R&D; and Customers.

Drive design optimization, recent product development and continuous improvement.
