Responsibilities

- Design and develop electronic circuits and PCB layouts for air conditioner products.
- Manage product development to meet project timelines, objectives, and cost targets.
- Create and maintain BOMs in SAP and develop product prototypes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for trial builds and product testing.
- Conduct testing, analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and prepare test reports.
- Issue technical drawings, documentation, and manuals to support mass production.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Technology (Electronics), or related field.
- Experience in PCB design and/or electronic circuit design.
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes and electrical measurement tools.
- Knowledge of SAP BOM management.
- Understanding of EMI/EMC and electrical safety standards.




- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive command of English.

Preferred

- Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, or air conditioner product development.
