Executive – Design (Healthcare)

to join our Design & Development team.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop cutting-edge healthcare products using

SolidWorks . Create 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation. Perform design calculations, feasibility studies, and material selection. Apply

GD&T;, DFM, and DFA principles to optimize product design and manufacturability. Support prototype development, product testing, validation, and production handover. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Sales to ensure successful product development.

Maintain PLM documentation and process SKU/code creation. Support product costing,



value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives. Review customer specifications and tender requirements to recommend effective technical solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile 3–7 years of experience in Mechanical/Product Design and Development. Strong proficiency in

SolidWorks

(mandatory). Experience in preparing manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation. Working knowledge of

GD&T;, DFM, DFA , and product validation processes. Experience in medical furniture, healthcare equipment, modular furniture, office furniture, or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
