Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Design Engineer role based in Ahmedabad / Vadodara or Mumbai. The Designer will be responsible for designing components, including preparation of detailed drawings, schematics, and layouts using CAD tools. Daily activities include performing calculations, selecting appropriate materials and equipment,



and ensuring designs comply with relevant standards and safety requirements.

The role involves collaborating with project engineers and cross-functional teams, reviewing design specifications, and supporting prototype development, testing, and optimization. The Designer will also assist in documentation, prepare technical reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes.

Qualifications

- Ability to design and model components, structures, skids etc including sizing, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor or SolidWorks).
- Strong understanding of 3D modelling and GD&T; techniques.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to prepare clear technical reports and design notes.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project timelines in an on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; prior experience in industrial machinery is an advantage.
