Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Watch Designer who can seamlessly bridge visionary design thinking with practical product development. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in 3D visualization, concept generation, realistic rendering, and design storytelling, while demonstrating a deep understanding of watch manufacturing processes and product execution. This role requires an individual who can confidently navigate diverse design languages, ranging from elegant feminine aesthetics to sophisticated haute horology, and develop compelling product narratives that translate into commercially viable watch collections.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative watch concepts with feminine aesthetics for Raga.
- Design concepts along with team from movement originality to cutting edge design which defines Haute horology for Titan.
- Create high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and realistic renderings to communicate design intent.




- Build strong design narratives that guide product collections and line extensions.
- Explore new materials, finishes, and manufacturing techniques, while finding fresh ways to reinterpret existing ones.
- Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, and product teams to ensure successful execution from concept to production.

Work Experience

Robust portfolio showcasing concept development, 3D modeling, rendering, and product storytelling. Deep understanding of watch design, construction, materials, and manufacturing processes. Ability to balance creativity with technical feasibility. Open-minded, curious, and willing to explore a broad range of design expressions and aesthetics. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
