Job Summary: /n We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Furnishing Coordinator to lead, oversee, and coordinate interior furnishing, styling, lighting, and décor projects. This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage timelines, teams, budgets, vendors, and client expectations while ensuring the design vision is executed to the highest standards. /n Key Responsibilities: /n Project Management: /n /n

- Track and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

/n

- Ensure timely issuance of drawings, lists, and other documentation.

/n

- Regularly update project sheets.

/n

- Allocate work, track task completion and ensure accountability.

/n

- Assist the design team with any tasks as required to ensure smooth project execution.

/n /n Client Fulfillment & Quality Assurance: /n /n

- Ensure all design-related commitments to clients are fulfilled as promised.

/n

- Address and resolve post-installation issues efficiently.

/n

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and maintain quality standards.

/n /n Vendor & Procurement Management: /n /n

- Lead furniture vendor selection, negotiations, and coordination.

/n

- Create purchase lists, indents, presentations,



and required documentation.

/n

- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth execution.

/n /n Documentation & Budget Management: /n /n

- Ensure accurate records of furnished homes, COFs, and payments are maintained.

/n

- Create and manage project budgets.

/n

- Ensure all files are consistently uploaded to and maintained on the server.

/n

- Maintain the artwork sheet and design related libraries (furniture, tiles, finishes, vendors) etc.

/n /n Research & Development: /n /n

- Conduct R&D; and source current materials, vendors, and design solutions.

/n

- Stay updated on trends, innovations, and market offerings.

/n /n Site Visits: /n /n

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and execution.

/n

- Coordinate between on-site teams and internal departments.

/n /n Communication & Problem-Solving: /n /n

- Act as the key point of contact for all project-related queries.

/n

- Ensure all queries are resolved within defined timelines.

/n

- Identify design or process issues and implement effective solutions.
