Role & responsibilities :

In a nutshell End to end Program coordination, administration and execution

Overall (included but not limited to):

- End to end Program coordination, administration and execution – including program planning, scheduling, administering, reporting and governance – Devise and follow the processes and also suggest improvements
- Manage Project communication, MIS/Data management, dashboarding etc
- Program metric tracking and analytics
- Frontend and partake end responsibility in the project deliverables when lesioning with all COEs
- Manage and extract both actionable and non-actionable insights from employee base and Business units
- Secondary research & Tertiary research
- Vendor relations & vendor management
- Templatize and structure the project insights for capturing and representing
- Governance & Reporting
- Stay updated on the digital trends and technologies
- Create the design and content of review decks and dashboards and communication emails for project updates as well as progress
- Content curation on the Org LXP
