Domain Specific: Male Candidates Preferred

Position Purpose To own delivery across the talent management verticals performance, workforce planning, HR analytics, employee relations, engagement, learning and development, onboarding and offboarding while running the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for assigned functions, from volume and replacement roles through to critical and leadership positions.

Talent Management:

1. Performance Management —

- Coordinate end-to-end PMS: goal setting, KRA finalisation, reviews, calibration and rating consolidation.
- Track PMS timelines, deviations and closure across units/appraisers.
- Prepare rating distribution and normalisation inputs; support calibration with business heads.
- Maintain PMS records, audit trails and HR system administration.

2. Workforce & Manpower Planning —

- Support annual manpower planning aligned with approved budgets.
- Maintain job architecture, role catalogue, JDs and grade structures.
- Analyse spans, structures and role duplication; identify redeployment/internal movement opportunities.
- Translate manpower plans into phased recruitment plans and hiring calendars.

3. HR MIS & Workforce Analytics —

- Own HR MIS and dashboards covering headcount, movement, attrition, hiring, performance and training; provide management/audit reports within timelines.

4. Employee Relations & Compliance —

- Manage grievance, disciplinary and investigation processes, including POSH compliance and confidential case records.
- Independently draft/vet show-cause notices, warnings, charge sheets, domestic enquiry and termination documentation.

5. Learning & Development —

- Drive TNA, annual learning calendar and L&D; programmes aligned to competency/PMS needs; administer LMS and track effectiveness and budgets.

Employee Engagement —

- Plan and run the engagement calendar across assigned units.
- Administer engagement and pulse surveys; analyse results and translate them into unit-level action plans.
- Track action plan closure and report progress to leadership.

Offboarding & Exit Management —





- Coordinate compliant, timely exits — resignation acceptance, notice period, clearance, F&F; handover and relieving documentation.
- Oversee and conduct exit interviews; maintain exit data and analyse attrition drivers by function, tenure and grade.

Talent Acquisition: End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle —

- Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from requisition to joining, ensuring approved hiring plans, documentation, compliance and audit readiness.

Critical & Leadership Hiring —

- Lead niche, critical and leadership hiring through competency-based profiles, structured interviews and assessments; manage negotiation, offers and pre-joining engagement.

Sourcing Strategy & Network—

- Develop diverse sourcing channels and talent pipelines; maintain ready-reference pools for recurring and forecast roles.

Onboarding & Induction —

- Coordinate pre-joining engagement, documentation and day-one readiness with IT, Admin and Payroll.
- Run induction and buddy programmes; ensure role and policy orientation is completed within the defined window.
- Track recent-hire confirmation milestones and early-attrition signals; feed findings back into sourcing and selection.

Job Specifications: Qualifications & Experience

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 6–9 years in HR, with a minimum of 4 years across talent management and talent acquisition; exposure to both is essential for this role.
- Demonstrated experience closing mid-to-senior level positions independently.
- Working knowledge of HRMS, LMS and ATS platforms; familiarity with psychometric or competency-based assessment tools (certification preferred).
- Advanced Excel and dashboarding capability; comfort handling large employee datasets.
- Exposure to employee relations, disciplinary process and applicable labour statute.
