Role- Deputy Manager- Mortgages
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of mortgage sales executives
- Drive home loan, loan against property (LAP), and mortgage product sales
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance regularly
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals
- Build relationships with builders, real estate agents, and channel partners
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in mortgage/home loan sales
- Prior experience in team handling is mandatory
