Role Description The Deputy Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rudrapur.

The Deputy

Manager will oversee day-to-day operations in manufacturing, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, supervising staff, and resolving operational issues promptly.

Qualifications

- Strong operational management skills in manufacturing environments, including production planning, resource allocation, and team supervision.
- Knowledge of injection plastic molding, rubber molding, and sheet metal processes, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience with quality management systems, process improvement methodologies, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and use of manufacturing or ERP software to track performance and optimize workflows.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; relevant industry certifications or training are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an automotive manufacturing setup, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Ability to work on-site in Rudrapur and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
