Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the enterprise Data &
- Analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead the overall data roadmap covering data governance, analytics, BI, and AI initiatives.
- Data Architecture &
- Engineering
- Architect and implement cloud-native data ecosystems using Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
- Design and build scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.
- Develop and manage up-to-date lakehouse architectures and enterprise data platforms.
- Data Governance &
- Quality
- Establish and enforce enterprise-wide data governance frameworks and standards.
- Drive Master Data Management (MDM) and data quality initiatives across business functions.
- Analytics, BI &
- AI/ML
- Oversee enterprise reporting, dashboards, and insights using Power BI.
- Lead AI/ML initiatives leveraging Azure ML, Vertex AI, and Databricks MLFlow.
- Enable advanced analytics and predictive insights for business stakeholders.




- Leadership &
- Team Management
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across data engineering, BI, data science, and data governance.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and best practices within the data organization.
- Drive and manage partner and vendor ecosystems to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Experience:

- 15–20+ years of overall IT experience.
- Proven experience in Data &
- Analytics with at least one enterprise-grade platform implementation.
- Strong expertise in Azure or GCP-based data and analytics platforms.

Desired Qualification Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
