Role Description The Demand Analyst will play a key role in analyzing and forecasting demand to support revenue growth initiatives and operational planning. This full time, on-site position is based in the Pune Division and involves working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop data-backed demand plans for key markets and customer segments.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and interpreting historical data, building demand forecasts, monitoring performance against targets,



and recommending adjustments to support pipeline and inventory needs.

The Demand

Analyst will prepare regular reports and dashboards, communicate insights to stakeholders, and collaborate on improving demand models, assumptions, and processes. The role also includes contributing to cross-functional projects that enhance demand visibility and alignment between sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning and Demand Forecasting skills to build reliable projections and support strategic decision-making.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, data analysis tools, and interpreting quantitative trends.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to present insights, reports, and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Sales processes and pipelines to align demand plans with revenue objectives.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, engineering, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in demand analysis, forecasting, business analytics, or revenue operations within B2B or technology sectors is beneficial.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, BI tools, and forecasting software, along with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, is an advantage.
