About Geology

Geology is a marketing lab, not an agency. We build AI agents that do the work agencies still do by hand, and we point them at SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization: getting a brand cited inside ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews, which is where a fast-growing share of buying research now happens).

Both founders are from IIT Bombay and have built companies before. This is the newest one, the team is small, and whoever joins now will be one of the first few people in it.

About the role

You run delivery for our client accounts: the analysis, the deliverables, the reporting, and the client relationship at working level.

Most of the heavy lifting is done by agents we build and maintain. Your job is to run them well, judge whether what comes out is any good, and turn it into work the client acts on. That judgement is the part no agent does yet, and it is the job.

You will work directly with the founders.

Key responsibilities

- Own delivery for a few client accounts: what ships, at what standard, and when
- Use our AI agents to produce the client work, across technical audits, content, reporting, AI-visibility tracking and off-site execution
- Review what the agents produce, decide what actually matters to the client, and take it the last stretch yourself
- Present the work on client calls, agree next steps, and follow up until they ship
- Keep delivery on track: track what is open, and chase access, approvals and blockers to closure
- Help improve the agents you work with

What we are looking for




- 1 to 3 years delivering work to clients or stakeholders and owning the relationship at working level. Agency, consulting or programme management all count, and it does not have to be marketing
- Clear written English, valuable enough for documents that go to a client
- Comfortable presenting work and taking questions on it live
- Consistent follow-through. What gets committed to on a call actually happens
- Strong with data: spreadsheets, reading a data set accurately, and checking a number before you present it
- Experience with tools like GitHub and Claude Code, or the ability to work out how. You should be comfortable setting a tool up from its documentation and working out why something is not running, since a good deal of what you will use here does not exist yet

Good to have
- SEO or GEO experience. Useful, and genuinely not required: we will teach it
- Having used Claude Code, Cursor or similar agentic tools
- Basic Python or scripting
- Agency experience

What we offer
- ₹10,00,000 to ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and skill
- Based in Jaipur, working in the same room as the founders
- Direct work with repeat founders, early in building this company, with no layer in between
- The chance to learn how custom AI agents are actually built and run in production work, rather than reading about it
