Role Description This is a full-time, in office Delivery Executive role based in Jhajha.

The Delivery

Executive will oversee day-to-day delivery operations, including planning routes, coordinating with warehouse and dispatch teams, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include monitoring service quality, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The role involves tracking performance metrics,



supporting the implementation of logistics processes and initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

The Delivery

Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Service Delivery skills to manage daily logistics operations, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain high customer service standards.
- Program Management and Project Management skills to coordinate initiatives, optimize routes and workflows, and support process improvements.
- Consulting skills to understand client needs, provide solutions for delivery challenges, and contribute to operational best practices.
- Sales skills to support client relationships, understand commercial requirements, and collaborate on service offerings where needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers.
- Basic proficiency in logistics software or delivery management tools, along with comfort using mobile and web applications.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a focus on safety and compliance in on-site operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, supply chain, or business is an advantage.
