- Deliver orders and parcels safely and on time to customers in the assigned area.

- Pick up orders from the designated pickup location and deliver them to customers.

- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines while making deliveries.

- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned deliveries.

- We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Boy (Biker) to join our team.

- The selected candidate will be responsible for picking up and delivering orders or parcels to customers within the assigned area.

- The role requires timely delivery, careful handling of products, customer coordination, and adherence to traffic and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Order Pickup and Delivery

- Pick up parcels and orders from assigned pickup locations.

- Deliver orders safely and on time to customers in the assigned area.





- Ensure that the correct order is delivered to the correct customer.

- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently.

Product Handling

- Handle all products and parcels carefully during transportation.

- Ensure that products are not damaged, misplaced, or mishandled during delivery.

- Maintain the quality and condition of products until they reach the customer.

Payment Collection

- Collect payments from customers when required.

- Maintain accurate records of collected payments.

- Submit collected payments and required records according to company procedures.

Customer Service

- Communicate politely and professionally with customers.

- Address basic customer queries related to delivery.

- Ensure a positive customer experience during the delivery process.

Safety And Compliance

- Follow all traffic rules and regulations while riding.

- Follow company safety standards and delivery procedures.

- Maintain responsible and protected driving habits at all times.
