As a delivery partner, your main responsibility will be picking up grocery orders from designated dark stores/hubs and delivering them safely to customers within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities Pick Up &

- Delivery: Collect grocery and daily essential items from the Instamart dark store and deliver them to customers' doorstep.

Timely Service: Navigate efficiently using GPS apps to ensure orders are delivered within 10–15 minutes.

Customer Interaction: Interact politely with customers and maintain professionalism during order handoffs.

Order Care: Ensure items (fragile goods, dairy, fresh produce) are transported safely in the designated delivery bag.
