Job Title: Unit Head – Defence Channel (Team Handling)
Location: Ernakulam
CTC: Up to ₹12.0 LPA
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead the Defence Channel as a Unit Head. The role involves driving business growth, managing agency operations, and building robust relationships within the defence ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development through the Defence Channel
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of advisors/agents
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with defence personnel and networks
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and support
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
