We’re Hiring: Decor Designer

At Two Fat Ladies, we don’t just design beautiful spaces—we create celebrations filled with emotion, personality and unforgettable moments.

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Decor Designer who genuinely loves weddings, grand celebrations and the magic of transforming an empty space into something extraordinary.

Your Superpowers should include these -

- At least 2-4 years of experience in wedding décor and production
- You're willing to work Hybrid Mode, with In-Person Office working for 2 days
- Robust experience working on large-scale wedding setups and on-ground executions
- A creative eye for colours, florals, layouts, styling and finer details
- The ability to develop mood boards, concepts and décor presentations
- Someone who is loving, enthusiastic and deeply passionate about weddings
- Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills




- The ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment
- You love travelling to new places and seeing our wedding come to life
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to be involved from the first idea to the final execution

You’ll work closely with our planning and production teams to conceptualise celebrations, coordinate with vendors and bring each couple’s story to life through thoughtful design.
