Job Role

- Debt Recovery Agent

- Handle debt recovery and collection activities for assigned customer accounts.

- Make collection calls and remind customers about pending payments.

- Communicate with customers professionally and negotiate suitable payment plans.

- Use skip tracing techniques to locate hard-to-reach customers.

- Maintain accurate customer and payment records in Excel.

- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.

- Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and professional collection practices.

- Work towards achieving assigned monthly recovery targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Collection

- Contact customers regarding overdue and pending payments.

- Explain outstanding amounts and payment requirements clearly.

- Follow up regularly with customers until payments are received.

- Negotiate repayment plans professionally within approved guidelines.

- Maintain proper communication records for all collection activities.

Skip Tracing

- Identify and locate customers who are difficult to reach.

- Use available information and approved methods to obtain updated customer contact details.





- Maintain accurate records of customer contact and follow-up attempts.

Data & Reporting

- Maintain collection and customer records accurately in Excel.

- Update payment status and follow-up details regularly.

- Prepare and maintain required collection reports.

- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of customer information.

Compliance & Customer Support

- Handle customer queries professionally and respectfully.

- Follow applicable company policies and compliance requirements.

- Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.

- Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned team when required.

Required Skills

- Strong communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi.

- Positive negotiation and convincing skills.

- Good knowledge of Excel.

- Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping abilities.

- Knowledge of skip tracing is preferred.

- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

- Professional and customer-friendly approach.

- DRA Certification will be an added advantage.
