Job Role

- Debt Recovery Agent

- Make collection calls to customers and remind them about pending payments.

- Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding dues.

- Use skip tracing methods to locate hard-to-reach customers.

- Negotiate suitable payment plans with customers professionally.

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.

- Maintain accurate recovery and customer records in Excel.

- Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and approved recovery procedures.

- Work towards achieving monthly recovery targets.

- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Debt Recovery & Collections:

- Make regular collection calls for pending payments.

- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding amounts.

- Discuss payment options and negotiate payment plans.

- Track customer commitments and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Work towards achieving assigned monthly recovery targets.

Customer Handling

- Communicate with customers in a professional and respectful manner.

- Resolve basic customer queries related to outstanding payments.





- Understand customer situations and discuss appropriate payment arrangements.

- Maintain confidentiality of customer and payment information.

Skip Tracing & Record Management

- Use skip tracing techniques to locate hard-to-reach customers.

- Maintain accurate customer and recovery records.

- Update collection activities, follow-ups, and payment details in Excel.

- Prepare and maintain required recovery reports.

Required Skills

- Strong communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi.

- Good negotiation and convincing skills.

- Basic to positive knowledge of Excel.

- Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping abilities.

- Knowledge of skip tracing.

- Ability to work towards recovery targets.

- Professional and responsible approach to customer handling.

- DRA Certification will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with prior experience in debt recovery, collections, telecalling, or financial services will be an advantage.

- Training will be provided to freshers.
