We are hiring Debt Management Executives II to join the Tele Debt Management team at Navi in Bangalore. The role involves communicating with customers regarding their outstanding dues, assisting them with suitable repayment solutions, ensuring timely payments, resolving payment-related concerns, maintaining accurate records, and achieving defined performance goals while following company policies and applicable legal standards.

Key Responsibilities Proactively contact customers to remind them about upcoming installment due dates.

Follow up with customers who have missed their EMI payments.

Clearly communicate the implications of delayed or missed payments.

Engage with customers professionally and understand their payment-related concerns.

Assist customers in identifying feasible repayment solutions.

Encourage customers to make timely payments and maintain their repayment commitments.

Resolve payment-related queries and concerns through effective communication.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and payment-related activities.

Meet defined individual and team performance goals.

Follow all applicable legal requirements and company policies during customer interactions.





Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach while handling collection-related activities.

Experience Job Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Education Minimum 10th or 12th Pass

Language Requirements Fluency in Hindi, Telugu, or Tamil Solid command of English Required Skills Good verbal and written communication skills.
