• Disaster Recovery - SQL Server: o Always On Availability Groups o Failover Clustering o Log Shipping / Replication - MongoDB: o Replica Sets configuration o Sharded cluster management - Manage backup & restore strategies for both platforms - Conduct DR drills and failover testing - Windows Server Cluster configuration/Installation ___ Incident Management (L2 / L3 Support) - Handle production incidents, outages,
