As a Data Analyst at Kotak Mahindra Bank, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into strategic insights that drive business decisions and innovations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of data science and banking, contributing to the development of predictive models, enhancing customer experiences, and optimizing operational processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine learning, clustering, classification techniques, and algorithms.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, or SQL.




- Familiarity with Big Data frameworks and visualization tools like Cassandra, Hadoop, Spark, and Tableau.

Responsibilities

- Analyze raw data: assessing quality, cleansing, and structuring data for downstream processing to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Design accurate and scalable prediction algorithms to support various banking initiatives.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to bring analytical prototypes to production, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
- Generate actionable insights that inform business strategies and drive improvements across products and services.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and analytics, applying best practices to ongoing projects.
