About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated Data Science graduates from IITs with 1-3 years of experience who can leverage advanced analytics, Machine Learning, and Generative AI techniques to solve real-world business challenges. The role involves working across the complete AI lifecycle, from data discovery and model development to deployment and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Learning & AI Solutions

- Develop and deploy ML models for predictive analytics, forecasting, recommendation systems, NLP, and classification problems.
- Build and optimize feature engineering pipelines.
- Implement model monitoring, retraining,



and performance evaluation frameworks.

Generative AI & LLM Applications

- Design and implement RAG pipelines and enterprise AI assistants.
- Work with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Fine-tune and optimize foundation models for enterprise use cases.

Analytics & Business Insights

- Translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Create actionable insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.

Production AI Systems

- Deploy AI/ML workloads on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Work with MLOps tools such as MLFlow, Kubeflow, Databricks, or Vertex AI.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product teams to operationalize models.

Required Qualifications

Education

- B.Tech/M.Tech from IITs only in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.

Experience

- 1-3 years of hands-on Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI experience.
- Experience delivering models into production environments.

Technical Skills

- Robust expertise in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques.
- Experience with Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost.
- Strong understanding of Statistics, Hypothesis Testing, and Experiment Design.
- Experience handling structured and unstructured data.

Preferred Skills

- Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG.
- Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Databricks, Spark, MLFlow.
- Vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate).
- MLOps and model deployment experience.
