About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our Telecom Analytics team. This full-time, remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within the telecom industry.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and deploying advanced analytics and machine learning models tailored to telecom datasets. Your expertise will help optimize network performance, enhance customer retention strategies, and uncover new revenue streams. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in telecom data analytics, with hands-on experience working with large-scale datasets such as CDR, network KPIs, subscriber data, and logs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into strategic insights and scalable solutions, contributing significantly to our clients' success.

Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in data science, preferably within the telecom sector. A strong proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn is essential,



along with expertise in SQL and PySpark or Spark for handling large datasets.

Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of machine learning techniques, including regression, classification, clustering, and anomaly detection, as well as experience with feature engineering and model optimization. Familiarity with time series forecasting and deploying ML models in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is highly desirable. A background in telecom-specific analytics areas like CDR, customer churn, network KPIs, and OSS/BSS data is preferred.

Candidates should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement advanced analytics and machine learning models tailored to telecom datasets and business needs.
- Analyze large-scale telecom data such as CDR, network logs, alarms, and subscriber information to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform feature engineering, model tuning, and validation to ensure high accuracy and robustness of ML models.
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments using MLOps best practices,



ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Monitor and maintain deployed models, continuously improving performance based on new data and feedback.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate reports to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and telecom technologies, applying innovative techniques to solve complex problems.
- Assist in capacity planning, network optimization, and fraud detection initiatives through predictive analytics.
