Key Responsibilities

- Operate the computer-based ticketing system.
- Issue tickets and maintain transaction records.
- Assist customers with ticket-related queries.
- Handle basic cash or digital payment transactions, where applicable.
- Provide courteous customer service.
- Maintain accuracy while entering ticket and customer information.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily counter operations.
- Follow workplace procedures and maintain a professional work environment.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Basic knowledge of computers and data entry.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work responsibly and handle customer interactions professionally.
