Role : Data Entry Executive

Education: Graduate / Diploma in any discipline

Key Responsibilities :

- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in MS Excel and internal systems.
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly MIS reports.
- Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and Pivot Tables.
- Maintain records related to inventory, dispatches, receipts, and other operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect, verify, and update required information.
- Check data for accuracy and identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Visit warehouse locations as and when required for data verification, stock-related information, documentation, and operational support.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
- Perform other data entry and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.





Requirements :

- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, and Excel formulas.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to travel to warehouse locations based on business requirements.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
