- Data Entry Analyst

Work Schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM OR 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Candidates should be willing to work either schedule.

Key Responsibilities: Bank Statement Analysis:

Analyze bank statements and verify financial transactions.

Check statements for discrepancies, corrections, and missing entries.

Compare opening and closing balances to ensure accuracy.

Ledger & Transaction Verification: Review running ledgers and transaction codes.

Identify posting errors, incorrect entries, or missing transactions.

Make necessary corrections and maintain accurate financial records.

Accounting & Data Management: Apply basic accounting principles while reviewing financial data.

Use Microsoft Excel for maintaining and analyzing accounting information.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records.

Education: Job Requirements

Completed B.Com degree.

Accounting Knowledge: Basic accounting knowledge.

Understanding of bank statements, ledgers, balances, and financial transactions.

Technical Skills:



Microsoft Excel.

Basic data analysis and record maintenance.

Ability to identify and correct accounting discrepancies.

Typing Speed: Minimum 25–30 words per minute (WPM) .

Work Schedule: Willingness to work either 10:00 AM–7:00 PM or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM .

Candidate Profile: Detail-oriented and accurate in handling financial information.

Positive analytical and numerical skills.

Able to identify discrepancies and posting errors.

Comfortable working with bank statements and accounting records.

Basic computer and Excel proficiency.

Responsible and willing to work according to the required schedule.
