About The Role As a Data Engineer at TalentBridge, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data systems that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with data analysts, business stakeholders, and product teams to develop robust data pipelines, storage solutions, and analytical models.

Qualifications Ideal candidates will possess a strong technical background with expertise in data engineering, cloud platforms, and data modeling. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and big data processing tools is essential.

Experience working with Microsoft Azure services, Microsoft Fabric, and data integration tools such as Azure Data Factory and Fabric Data Flows is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is required,



along with relevant professional experience in data engineering roles.

Responsibilities Design and develop scalable, reliable, and secure data architectures that align with business needs and best practices. Own the entire data lifecycle, from requirements gathering and system design to deployment and maintenance.

Build and manage data pipelines for ingesting data from diverse sources, including third-party APIs and RESTful services, utilizing tools such as Azure Data Factory, Fabric Data Flows, and Notebooks. Implement ETL/ELT processes to transform raw data into structured formats suitable for analysis.

Design and implement data storage solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL Database, and Delta Lake, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Define master data management rules, including match, merge, and survivorship criteria, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems. Utilize Python, PySpark, and Fabric Notebooks to process and transform large datasets efficiently, optimizing workflows for performance and scalability.

Develop analytical models, including SSAS OLAP cubes, tabular, and semantic models to support complex reporting and business intelligence needs. Write MDX and DAX queries to enable dynamic data analysis and visualization through Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.



Establish data quality standards by implementing validation checks, monitoring data consistency, and ensuring compliance with governance policies throughout the data lifecycle.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize queries through indexing and partitioning strategies. Implement security measures such as role-based access control, data encryption, and auditing to safeguard sensitive information. Maintain comprehensive documentation of data architectures, processes, and workflows. Provide training and support to team members and end-users to maximize the value derived from data assets.
