About The Role As a Data Engineer at TalentBridge, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data systems that support analytics, business intelligence, and operational needs. You will work at the intersection of engineering and business impact, transforming raw data into reliable, fast, and meaningful insights.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in end-to-end data architecture, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our data solutions. The role requires a proactive mindset, robust technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data products.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a strong foundation in data engineering, with expertise in cloud-based platforms and big data technologies. Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential, along with hands-on experience with Apache Spark or PySpark for large-scale data processing.

Familiarity with building and managing data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Fabric Data Flows, and Notebooks is required. Candidates should also have experience working with Microsoft Azure services,



particularly Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Delta Lake. A solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and master data management principles is important.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary to thrive in this position.

Responsibilities Design scalable, reliable, and secure data solutions that meet real business needs, ensuring they align with industry best practices. Develop comprehensive data models, data flows, and integration architectures from inception to deployment, taking ownership of the full lifecycle.

Build and manage robust data pipelines to ingest data from various sources, including third-party systems and RESTful APIs, utilizing tools such as Azure Data Factory, Fabric Data Flows, and Notebooks. Embed master data management solutions into pipelines to ensure seamless synchronization across platforms.

Design and implement data storage solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Delta Lake, defining match, merge, and survivorship rules for master data management. Use Python, PySpark, and Fabric Notebooks to process, transform, and prepare data for analysis and reporting, optimizing workflows for efficiency and scalability. Develop and maintain analytical models, including SSAS OLAP cubes, tabular, and semantic models to support complex queries and dashboards.

Integrate these models with reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel to deliver actionable insights.

Implement data quality checks,



validation processes, and monitoring to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance policies. Monitor data solutions for performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and optimize query performance through indexing and partitioning strategies. Apply security best practices, including role-based access control, encryption, and auditing, to safeguard data assets.

Document data architectures, processes, and procedures thoroughly, providing training and support to team members and end-users to ensure effective utilization of data systems.
