About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Developer to join our dynamic team at TekValue IT Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications that align with client requirements and business objectives. The Software
Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver innovative solutions that drive client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development, with a strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with web development frameworks and technologies including HTML, CSS, Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with database management systems like SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications that meet client specifications and project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate them into functional software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Maintain and update existing applications to improve performance, security, and usability.
- Document software designs, technical specifications, and user manuals for future reference and support.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and solutions.
- Support troubleshooting and resolve software issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime.
- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and documentation activities.
