Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Online Data Analyst to help collect, organize, analyze, and report data. This is a flexible remote opportunity suitable for candidates who are comfortable working independently and managing tasks online.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and organize data from online sources and internal systems.
- Enter, clean, and verify data using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and useful insights.
- Prepare simple reports and dashboards.
- Maintain accurate and organized records.
- Perform data validation and quality checks.
- Complete assigned analytical tasks within deadlines.
- Communicate findings and updates through online communication tools.

Requirements




- Basic to positive knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Reliable internet connection and a computer/laptop.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python is an advantage but not mandatory.
