Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Data Analyst / Statistician with solid mathematical modeling skills to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights. In this role, you will lead end-to-end data extraction, statistical modeling, and dashboard creation, working closely with leadership to solve high-impact business problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Analysis Querying: Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets using advanced SQL to support strategic decisions.
- Dashboarding Reporting: Build, maintain, and automate real-time executive dashboards using Power BI.
- Statistical Mathematical Modeling: Apply statistical techniques, hypothesis testing, and mathematical modeling to perform predictive analysis.
- Metrics Experimentation: Define, track, and optimize success metrics (KPIs) across products, marketing, and operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams to translate ambiguous business challenges into analytical solutions.
- Automation AI Integration: Automate reporting workflows using Python and LLM-based AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor).

Role Requirements Mandatory / Must-Have Qualifications

- Educational Background:



Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics (Mandatory).
- Core Technical Stack: Advanced hands-on proficiency in SQL and Power BI (Mandatory).
- Statistical Expertise: Proven background as a Statistician with experience in mathematical modeling, probability, regression, and data forecasting.
- Preferred Technical Skills:
- Product Analytics: Hands-on experience with platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics (GA4).
- Programming Automation: Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scipy) for data manipulation, alongside Google Sheets/Excel and Google Apps Script.
- AI-Assisted Workflows: Familiarity with Agentic AI and LLM tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and data transformation.
- Additional BI Tools: Exposure to Metabase, Looker Studio, or Tableau is a plus.
