Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Bengaluru.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from various internal systems and sources to support business decision-making. The role involves performing data analysis, building reports and dashboards, and generating insights to improve operational efficiency, risk management, and customer outreach.

Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret findings,



present results in a clear and actionable format, and support strategic initiatives through data-driven recommendations. Daily tasks also include validating data quality, supporting ad-hoc analysis requests, and contributing to the enhancement of analytical tools and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and identify trends.
- Solid foundation in Statistics to design analyses, validate results, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with Data Modeling to structure data effectively for reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence.
- Clear and professional Communication skills to present insights and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work with large datasets, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in financial services, microfinance, or related domains is an advantage.
