Role & responsibilities:

- Assist in the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Business Objects and/or PowerBI and/or Tableau Reports and any ETL Related activities.
- Provide support for troubleshooting, and service request resolution.
- Provides break fix support, Service request resolution, performance tuning and remigration support.
- Assist in implementing upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the system current and secure.
- Work closely with senor level administrator, report developer and other stakeholders to support Business Objects, PowerBI & any ETL related initiatives.
- Contribute to creating and maintain documentation for Tools Related configuration, processes, and best practices.
- Participate in process improvement efforts for the KPHC Clarity Reporting using advanced continuous improvement tools and skills resulting in significant cost savings.




- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide 24/7 and on call support based on Shift roster" and as per project needs

Preferred candidate profile

- Extensive BI support experience in the IT healthcare industry, including recent development, system administration, application tuning, and debugging.
- Sttrong support skills with experience resolving complex issues.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Tableau is desirable, but not required.
- Experience in Python scripting is desirable, but not required
- Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and methodologies. Excellent critical thinking skills.
