Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst to analyse and interpret data across our diverse business verticals, including Real Estate, Health Club, Education, FMCG/Organic Food and other group operations. The role will be responsible for developing MIS reports, dashboards and business insights to help management monitor performance, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL and data visualization, with the ability to convert complex data into clear and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, consolidate and analyse data across different business verticals.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Develop dashboards to track business performance, KPIs and targets.
- Analyse Real Estate, Club, Education, FMCG and other business data.
- Track sales, revenue, expenses, collections, customer/employee data and operational performance.
- Identify trends, gaps, variances and areas of improvement through data analysis.
- Prepare management dashboards and presentations for decision-making.




- Automate repetitive reports and improve existing MIS processes.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect accurate and timely data.
- Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality and consistency across reports.
- Analyse historical data to identify trends and support business planning.
- Develop customised reports as required by senior management.
- Support management in making data-driven business decisions.

Required Skills

- Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI and dashboard development.
- Working knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Good understanding of business KPIs and MIS reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with multiple departments and business verticals.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Business Analytics or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics / MIS / Business Intelligence.
