Role Overview

We are looking for skilled Data Analysts to join the Technology & Transformation Data Engineering team. The role involves extracting, analyzing, and visualizing data to generate actionable business insights and support data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong SQL, data visualization, and analytical programming skills, along with the ability to understand business requirements and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience & Level

- Analyst: 2-3 years
- Consultant: 3-5.5 years
- Senior Consultant: 5.5-6 years

Key Responsibilities

- Extract, transform, clean, and analyze data using SQL.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Use Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for advanced data analysis, statistical analysis, and modeling.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential issues.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Work independently on simple to moderately complex analytical assignments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Work with CRM systems such as Salesforce and understand sales-related data structures.
- Validate data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and ensure the quality and reliability of analytical outputs.
- Prepare explicit reports and presentations for business and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support decision-making through quantitative analysis and meaningful interpretation of data.
- Continuously improve analytical processes,



reporting methodologies, and dashboard capabilities.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with at least one visualization tool:

- Power BI

- Tableau

- Looker
- Programming experience in Python, particularly Pandas and NumPy, or R.
- Experience working with CRM data, preferably Salesforce.
- Understanding of data structures, data quality, and data analysis concepts.

- Ability to work with large volumes of data and derive meaningful insights.

Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

Compensation

- Analyst (23 years): Up to 7.7 LPA Fixed
- Consultant (3–5.5 years): Up to 13.5 LPA Fixed
- Senior Consultant (5.5–6 years): Up to 22.5 LPA Fixed

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be someone who combines strong technical data-analysis capabilities with business understanding and communication skills. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, handling moderately complex analytical problems, and presenting insights that enable better business decisions.
